Fullsteam Brewery is a for-profit business. You are purchasing one-of-a-kind artwork and tangible goods.

- Participation in (and on) The Wall of Awesome is not the purchase of a security, and certificates of Awesomeness are merely mirrors into the souls and good taste and judgment of participants. They are not stock certificates. Participants will have no stake in, and neither be benefited by nor burdened with the economic ebb and flow (respectively) of, Fullsteam Brewery, LLC.

- Participants are and will remain Totes Awesome, but will not receive any ownership or other interest in the business as a result of their contributions. Fullsteam will neither take nor repurchase Awesomeness from participants. Participation will also not obligate the participant to any additional, future contributions.

- Awesomeness and its bennies are neither saleable nor transferable — figuratively or legally; only the actual, original participant will enjoy Awesome benefits. Awesomeness does not subject participants to Fulllsteam obligations, nor will it give them a claim on Fullsteam’s general assets (now, upon an “exit,” or otherwise). This is a long way of saying that Awesomeness carries no profit or similar materially valuable economic potential. The upside lies in being Awesome itself.
